24/7 emergency service

Water damage restoration

Burst pipe, failed water heater or a flooded basement: we come right away, get the water out and dry your home properly, then document everything for your insurance.

Wet drywall cut away along the bottom of a wall so the framing can dry

Why speed matters

Water damage gets worse by the hour

Water doesn't stay where it lands. It wicks up drywall, soaks into subfloors and runs under cabinets and baseboards. Within a day or two, wet materials can start to swell, warp and grow mold.

That's why we answer 24/7 and come right away. The sooner the drying starts, the more of your home we can save instead of tearing out.

Sewage or outside floodwater? Don't touch it or try to clean it yourself. It can carry bacteria. Keep people and pets away and call us.

What we handle

Leaks, floods and everything in between

Whole house or one room, small leak or a basement full of water.

Burst and frozen pipes

Common in our winters, and often inside walls or ceilings where you can't see how far the water went.

Water heater failures

A leaking or burst tank can empty 40 to 80 gallons into a basement or utility room.

Appliance leaks

Washing machines, dishwashers, fridge water lines and ice makers.

Flooded basements

Sump pump failures, groundwater seepage and heavy rain.

Storm and roof leaks

Wind and rain damage. We can tarp the roof to stop more water getting in.

Toilet and sewage backups

Contaminated water needs special cleanup and sanitizing. We handle it safely.

What happens next

How we dry out your home

  1. Inspect and map the moisture

We use moisture meters to find every wet area, including inside walls and under floors.

  2. Extract the water

Extractors pull standing water out of carpets, pads and floors.

  3. Remove what can't be saved

Usually soaked carpet pad and the bottom foot or two of wet drywall (a "flood cut"), so the wall can dry from inside.

  4. Dry with the right equipment

Air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space. We set them up so they dry the structure, not just the air.

  5. Check readings every day

We log readings until everything matches a dry spot in your home, then remove the equipment.

  6. Clean, sanitize and hand off

We clean and sanitize the area and give you, and your adjuster, the photos and drying records.

Insurance

We work directly with your adjuster

Sudden water damage, like a burst pipe or a failed water heater, is often covered by homeowner's insurance. We document everything and talk to your adjuster (the person from your insurance company) so you're not stuck in the middle.

How insurance claims work

  • Photos before, during and after the work
  • Moisture maps and daily drying logs
  • Estimates written in Xactimate, the software most insurance companies use
  • Paying directly is an option when the job is small or your deductible is high

Questions

Water damage questions we hear a lot

Can't I just use fans and towels?

For a small spill you caught right away, maybe. But water spreads into places you can't see, like under flooring and inside walls. Fans dry the surface while the inside stays wet, and that's where mold starts. Our meters show us what's really still wet.

Will my insurance cover it?

It depends on your policy and what caused the water. Sudden, accidental damage like a burst pipe is often covered. Gradual leaks and outside flooding often aren't, unless you have flood insurance. We'll help you understand what to expect and document everything for your adjuster.

Do I need to leave my home?

Usually not. Most families stay home while the equipment runs. The air movers are noisy, so we'll set them up to keep your main living areas as usable as possible. For sewage or large losses we may recommend staying elsewhere for a few days.

How long until my home is back to normal?

Drying usually takes 3 to 5 days. After that, any drywall, flooring or trim that was removed needs to be put back. Once your home is dry, we'll talk through the next steps with you.

It's only a small leak. Should I still call?

Yes. We'll ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether you need us. If we do come out, nothing starts until you've signed a work authorization that says exactly what we're going to do.
